Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Little Dragon Grounds Maintenance provides professional garden and grounds maintenance services including lawn care, hedge cutting, border maintenance, garden tidy-ups, leaf clearance, weed control, and other outdoor maintenance services.

All work is carried out with care and professionalism, with the aim of maintaining and improving your outdoor space.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment.

Prices may change if additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances, access issues, excessive growth, waste removal, or changes to the agreed work.

Any additional work will be discussed and agreed before being carried out.

3. Garden Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the garden or outdoor area on the agreed date.

Please ensure gates are unlocked and any obstacles, toys, pet items, or personal belongings are removed from working areas where possible.

Little Dragon Grounds Maintenance cannot be held responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

4. Weather Conditions

Gardening and grounds maintenance work is weather dependent.

Visits may need to be rearranged due to unsafe conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, frost, or extreme weather.

We will make every effort to complete work as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must inform Little Dragon Grounds Maintenance of any known hazards, underground services, fragile items, or areas requiring special care.

Customers are responsible for ensuring pets are kept safely away from work areas while work is being carried out.

6. Waste Removal

Green waste removal can be provided where agreed and may incur an additional charge.

Customers may choose to keep garden waste on site if preferred.

7. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when booking.

Outstanding payments may affect future bookings.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange a booking.

Little Dragon Grounds Maintenance reserves the right to rearrange appointments due to weather, illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Existing Garden Conditions

Some gardens may require additional preparation or clearance before regular maintenance work can begin.

Overgrown gardens, excessive weeds, large amounts of waste, or neglected areas may require a separate quotation.

10. Damage & Liability

Little Dragon Grounds Maintenance will take reasonable care while carrying out work.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by hidden hazards, poor-quality materials, unstable structures, underground obstacles, or pre-existing conditions.

Customers should notify us as soon as possible of any concerns regarding completed work.

11. Changes to Terms

Little Dragon Grounds Maintenance reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. Customers will be informed of any significant changes.
